Brief Answer:
No sign of any of the STDs

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the possibility of any Sexually transmitted infection including HPV in yourself after the unprotected sex.

After reviewing your pictures along with query with best diligence let me reassure you first that there are no sign of any of Sexually transmitted diseases at your penile area.

In HPV infection there is presence of thorn like or acuminate projections over the penile skin. In other of the STD s too we find either some discharge or ulceration or eruptions. You can see in your case there are no any such signs.

Most often these things are evident within few days to weeks of unprotected sex and in your case it is more than multiple of months. So I reassure you fully that there is no any sign of any of STDs in your case.

The mild redness is quite normal and is very often seen in all of us.
I hope these informations will relax your mind.

Thank you for the quick response Dr!
I appreciate the evaluation.
In picture one I had a black line just below the area of concern. So your saying that area looks normal just below the opening on the penis?

That is the area that has me concerned.

Brief Answer:
The area below the opening is also totally normal.

Detailed Answer:
Dear young buddy,

Welcome back and thanks for sharing your further concern.

I reassure you totally that this slight pigmentation in form of blackish line over the Penis is also not a sign of any of Sexually transmitted diseases. The line is also very faint has no significance. Had been very dark also then also had been considered non significant in terms of any Sexually transmitted infection.

I reassure you fully that your penile skin is totally normal and has no sign of any of STDs.

Allay all of your anxieties related to any of the STDs and just relax.

I hope these informations will calm down all your anxieties. I will be glad to answer any further queries or if not then can close the discussion and rate the answer.
