What Causes Itching All Over Body Along With Severe Abdominal Itching?

Question: Hi this seems minor but interested in what could be I have been itching all over especially my abdomen. I have not changed Wash products or clothes detergent I wear loose fitting clothes etc but today I woke up itching all over and noticed a purplish pimple on left side of abdomen it hurts to touch and seems to have a head. I also have blind spot behind left ear lobe .

Generalised itching usually occurs in two conditions.
1. scabies where softer areas of body are usually involved.
2. Urticaria where typically the skin rash appears and suddenly disappears.
I would like to see a photograph of the involved area, if there are any rashes.
This will help me in confirming my diagnosis.

Update although spot on abdomen the itching is all over body but my face is also itching mainly on chin and around mouth no redness only where I itch.

Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
I can see a small crust in the centre of lesion.
It appears like eczema.
I treat such case with local application of a mild steroid like fluticasone ointment in night and an antibacterial cream like mupirocine in day.
This gives good result.
For itching take an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine.
This should give you relief.
