Burning sensation,stinging,increased frequency of urination etc are suggestive of UTI,which are commonly caused by bacteria.But itching is not usual in bacterial UTI,and so we have to include fungal infection also in our differential diagnoses.

A urine microscopic examination and microscopic examination of urethral discharge if any,will help in diagnosis.Kindly see your primary care physician.He will guide you.
You may also be asked for a urine culture and sensitivity testing.
Depending on the diagnosis,this can well be treated with antibiotics for a few days.
Meanwhile,continue having enough fluids,and keep good local hygiene.

1)Masturbation can well be the cause,as it can directly transfer the microbes from the GI tract to urethra through fingers.GI pathogens like E.coli are the most common causative organism in UTI.

2)Prostate damage is unlikely with this clinical profile.But UTI can be associated with prostatitis(infection of the prostate gland).Treatment is same as UTI.

3)Lower abdominal pain and lower back pain is common with UTI and prostatitis.It will subside with resolution of infection.
