Brief Answer:
May be some fungal infection but send me pctures.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

There are a couple of things that can be responsible for such itching and burning include a fungal infection or scabies but having a single look at that buttock skin will help me to arrive at a certain conclusion.

So,a good examination would be able to identify the cause and proposed specific treatment options. You can also send clinical pictures of the buttocks where you have itching and burning with discoloration of skin.

For now, you can use zyrtec (cetrizine) which is available over the counter to relieve from itching but the definitive treatment will be based upon the diagnosis.

So,kindly get back to me with images.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip
