hello I am 24year old , I had sex last month their is a redness in my vagina where their it irritation occurs, my periods are regular , and while discharging motion it pains while coming out .

The commonest one is a yeast infection.
I would recommend not self treating a vaginal infection.
It is best to consult a gynecologist, and go for a vaginal swab to confirm the type of infection and then get it treated.
Meanwhile, avoid touching the area.
Keep it clean and dry.
Have protected sex till the symptoms are gone.
Fluconazole 150 mg tablet along with clotrimazole vaginal cream and pessaries will help.
This should improve things in a couple of days.
If it is not better, you should see your doctor.
Regarding pain during passing motion, you might have an anal fissure.
Apply xylocaine gel to the area, and if the symptoms worsen, then consult a surgeon to know what is wrong down there , by local examination.
