No one else in family,#2 I cant remember#3 I don't think so,# 4 No,# 5 diabetes and hypertension yes #6 yes,#7 No, 8 between fingers digits no,but sometimes in the groin area. thank you

There is high possibility that it is due to allergic reaction. It can be due to any cause like insect bite or dust. As there is no other significant history so we will observe at the moment. I would suggest you to take cetirizine one at night for 5 days. Hopefully you will see improvement in 1-2 days.
If condition does not improve or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.
