What Causes Itching Around The Scrotum After Ejaculation?
Question: 32M. after ejaculation I always get a very itchy scrotum and pubic area for a day or so after. My body in general gets itchy but most of it is on penis, scrotum and pubic area, anus area. This has been going on and off for years. My partner has no issues and this happen sometimes after masterbation too. it's worst at night after sex/masterbation when trying to sleep I get very itchy. Any ideas? I have attached some pics of when I am itchy.

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
After seeing the photos and considering your history,there may an allergic response.
The scrotum does appear to have a bit of reddish discoloration.
To know if you have an allergic tendency,you'll need to do certain tests.
First, an examination by an Urologist,who'll do a rectal examination of prostate.
1. Blood tests like, CBC, RBS,platelets,LFT,HIV,HbsAg and VDRL.
2. semen culture.
3. TRUS.(trans rectal ultrasound).
These reports are needed to arrive at a provisional diagnosis.
This will give us an idea, about the possible reason for your symptoms.
Once the reports are seen, i can give you an expert opinion.
In the meantime you take Cetrizine tablets,before you have sex or masturbation.

What types of diseases / issues could these tests revil that could be a case of these symptoms? I will say that I always have to urinate in small amounts several times at night it seems.
