What Causes Itching Between Legs Near The Urethra, Dark Stools And Bowel Incontinence?

default
Posted on Wed, 15 Jun 2016
Question: I feel itching sensation between my legs some where closer to urethra. It's been a few weeks that I started noticing it and my hunch is it bubbled up by over stretching of my legs. But I have also started experiencing inconsistent bowl movements and sometimes part of the stool is in darker tone .I went to see a urologist and he suggested to just it might just be some muscle in the urethra area that got damaged, and asked me to stay put and hold off exercise.

Also one more thing is when I m wearing tighter pants they can put a bit of a pressure on my belly which results in triggering the itchy pain feeling down there, not sure what is the connection

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans- Contused Bulbar Urethra with itching / Under Evaluation

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.

Read and reviewed your query in context to your health concerns of itching between legs , after leg over-stretching and accompanied bowel movement with darker stools.

On reviewing your facts, I feel you should update more details, in context to the itching between legs and its relation with overstretched leg contusing the bulbar urethra between the legs and its relation with darker stool.

Please elaborate more on these facts and explain more so as to submit exactly what you meant to present to Me by that.

I would need more details on what exactly, you want Me to help you.

Prima Facie-Impression-

From the facts explained from Urologist and history of overstretched legs-
the itching between legs is due to Contused Bulbar Urethra(-which lies between the legs-) from overstretched legs.

Regarding Darker stools and inconsistent bowel movements I would need more updates with more detailed questioning.

Tighter pants which put more pressure on the Bulbar urethra, is mostly causing trigger for itchy pains from the contused bulbar urethra.

I would wait for more details as asked above. Would reply further after getting the above information.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day !!

Hi Doctor Savaskar,

What I need to know if this is something serious and I should be concerned about?
this itchy/inflammation sort of pain I have been experiencing for past couple of months. As I mentioned earlier my own accessment is the pain started when I was working out in the gym and over stretched my legs, that probably caused some muscle or tissue damage between the leg joints ( this just my assessment).

But ever since that event the itchy/inflammation is there and I feel it when I bend over on my knees to pick up or even when I left my legs while sitting down I can feel it. Would you be able to tell me what could causing this?

Thanks

Brief Answer:
You Mostly suffer from- Pelvic Floor Disorder-with Floor Muscle Strain

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-You Mostly suffer from- Pelvic Floor Disorder-with Floor Muscle Strain
Unexplained itching / burning pain in Perineal / Urethral levels-Post Gym injuries

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query updates, which was a little better version of the earlier.
.
My Revised-Primary Impression-
(about the Unexplained pain in the Perineal -uro-genital areas, post- leg stretching while gyming).
-After review of the query facts and updated fact,I feel you have genito-urinary contusions from the Pelvic Muscle Floor excessive strain-due to Levator Ani-muscle injury, which could be labelled as PFD(Pelvic Floor Disorder)
You mostly seem to suffer from -Pelvic Floor Disorder- after the leg stretching injury.
The Perineal itching/and or Urinary burning- with forward bending or leg lifting movements-is due to the Pelvic Floor Muscle injury in Levator Ani Muscles and or Bulbocavernous and ischio-Cavernous Muscle injuries which has occured by the event of the Leg Stretching.

More information needed to elaborate on following facts-

Update more about the time when the leg stretching happened first/ and how it progressed over last few months there after-as submitted in your query updates?

What about the inconsistent bowel movements with darker stool accompanied with this event?
How long these darker stools were occurring, post this leg stretching injury?
When did this event happened by date?
Whether you had any straining pain during bowel movements?
After how many days after the leg stretching injury, you observed darker stools and inconsistent or painful bowel straining ? please give detailed information on this?
How many days you observed a darker stool tone after this injury?
Did you experience hard darker stools / or Constipation for few days time?
Whether the urination was painful besides the forward bending movements?
