What Causes Itching Between Thigh And Vagina?

Question: Today I was noticing that I was really itchy/irritated between my thigh and my vagina. I took a mirror down there and it looks like a irritated cut with possibly a bump? I am worried about Stds even though I have used condoms... I have attached a picture. I am hoping it is just a cut, but I am freaking myself out. I can't go to the gynecologist for a week because I am going on vacation to Mexico tomorrow morning.

after looking at the pictures that you have attached, it is clear that it is a ringworm infection with peripheral white demarcated margin. the oozing and bleb has occurred after scratching and no that the local skin has broken, its oozing and also irritating you with occasional pain due to friction.

as i would advise for the case, it would be oint miconazole 2% local application thrice a day for 7 days.+ tab fluconazole 300mg once a week for 2 weeks.+ an antihistaminic like cetrizine to relieve you off itching. All the medicines are prescription drugs. You need to get them prescribed by your doctor.
the idea is to keep the local area dry and wear loose undergarments to allow air circulation and also less friction.
