I think you are asking what could cause itching on the inside of your penis. The urethra which is the tube through the penis can get infected with yeast and cause itching. But I would also think that you could have a urinary tract infection or a possible sexually transmitted disease. I would recommend that you see your medical provider and get tested for sexually transmitted disease and a urinary tract infection.
