Brief Answer:
Dermatitis likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the images attached.
I get the feeling that you have been exposed to something you are allergic to. It could be a plant, food or drug. Other possibilities are dermatitis or fungal infection.
One consideration that might work for you would be to go on a 10 to 14 day course of an oral antibiotic for antifungal medication. You can also try lukewarm bath or calamine lotion. Avoid outdoor walks for a while.
If really itchy, you can take an antihistaminic medicine.
If nothing of above works then you should get some prescription medicines like steroids to cut out stubborn rashes.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
medicines mentioned below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You can take fluconazole and ivermectin. Both these are prescription only medicines. You will need to get these prescribed from your physician.
Start taking an anti allergic like cetrizine to decrease the itching. Keeping your skin well moisturized with calamine or aloe vera lotion will also help.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
You can apply the gel on the rashes that I have mentioned earlier. For persistent itching oral steroids may be needed. Fluconazole can be taken 150 mg daily dose for 2 weeks and ivermectin is taken as a single dose which can be repeated after 2 weeks.
