Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question.I am Dr Matin and will be answering your queries.
Yes, Tyricten 200/300 is indeed an anti -HIV drug ( called ' anti-retro viral therapy-ART) and contains 200 mg emtricitabine & 300 mg tenofovir disoproxil fumarate.
We must understand the fact that ART (anti -HIV drugs) are never an emergency and it is very unfortunate that these can be procured from pharmacy without any medical prescription .
Secondly the decision to initiate any ART is a serious thing and needs affirmation from both -physician and the patient level and there should be valid reasons and situations for its initiation.
Now itching (scratching') part -as such the two components of Tyricten 200/300 do not cause Itching ,so you need to see your skin specialist urgently.
Though used for AIDS patients , taking this medicine for 4 days only will not damage your body system.
Anti HIV medicines (Tyricten 200/300)are meant to stop HIV from replication and do to allow HIV to divide and so they can't be implicated for the spread of HIV.
Hope this helps.

Getting infected unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response.
The risk of getting infected through unprotected sex with an infected partner is less than 1% depending upon the route of sex(anal/vaginal).
Here we don't know the status of your partner and your 19 day report comes negative-it all augurs well for you and in this scenario ,transmission looks very unlikely , still I will advise to go for HIV test @90 days of exposure to be absolutely sure about your negativity.
And a word of caution -always condom your every sexual activity to be safe of not only HIV but other STDs (sexual transmitted diseases) unless you are into a very sincere and honest monogamous relationship( read' spouse') .You never know who is carrying HIV or not unless he/she is tested for HIV.
Hope this helps.
