What Causes Itching On Penis With Yellow Penile Discharge?
Question: I have a itch feeling inside the tip of my penis and some white yellow discharge this started about 3 days ago but no discharge until last night. I applied lotrimin jock itch cream to the tip and the itching and did comfort has gone almost completely away in just a few hours as well as the redness. I have had unprotected sex. my question is is it safe to try the lotrimin for a week and if it doesn't go away then go to the doctor for antibiotics? I have no health insurance.

I will try to find a doctor tomorrow or go to the health clinic. after using the ointment almost all the itching and burning is gone and the redness is gone would it be safe for me to wait one week and see if goes away completely I feel like it's working very well
