Brief Answer:
Seems to be dermatitis, apply topical steroid and antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your complaints and it seems to be dermatitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days along with antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for 7 days,
This should resolve the bumps as well as the itching.
Besides this avoid hot humid weather, wear loose cotton clothes and stay in a cool airy environment.
