Brief Answer:
Use a moisturiser and take an oral antihistamine
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
It could be due to Xerosis i.e dryness of skin which can easily get irritated abd start itching. I suggest you to apply an intensive moisturizer e.g either Amylac cream or Xerina cream, twice daily.
In addition you may take an oral antihistamine e.g Levocetrizine 10mg tablet (Tab. Teczine 10) once daily in evening for 10 days.
Regards
