What Causes Itching Redness Around Penis Tip,
Question: The head of my oenis itches sorta like a mosquito bite does but there is not one visible and the head of my penis is very red like a blood red color and it only itches when I have underwear and or something else on like a blanket at night what could that be from?

As per details, there are following possibilities for your symptoms :
1 ) Candidial Balanoposthitis : it is fungal infection of skin involving the glans. It is characterised by red colored itchy rash over glans. It is more common in Diabetics.
2) Zoon's balanitis- it is also known as Plasma cell balanitis. It is characterised by deep red or orange colored rash over glans. It ia usually asymptomatic.
Treatment depends on the diagnosis. It would have been better if you could attach photographs of the affected area.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription accordingly. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.

I can send a pic later today. I am also on symbicort inhalor for a recent case of bronchittis (severe case) i have been on that for about 3 weeks. Could thks itcjing be a side affecr of the symbicort?

No i have not applied anything to the area
On occasion i have used condoms to masturbate so i dont release bodily fluid everywhere
It started yesterday i urinated and then my penis head began to itch amd burn a little everytime i would take a step my penis would rub against my boxers and itch rather badly
It has always been red to my knowledge
It normally stays redish pink color this is the first time that it has been as red as it is now....
