Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
The medication is not poisonous, it is just to be kept away from children.
It is a topical ( local ) treatment for scabies, a parasitic infection.
If the doctor has confirmed the diagnosis, then it is alright to take it.
Which doctor have you consulted, can you upload the prescription?
Can you also upload photos of the lesions that she is having?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Consult a DERMATOLOGIST
Detailed Answer:
What part of the body is this picture taken from?
The lesions seem pretty severe.
Please let me know what doctor you consulted and what are his / her qualifications?
You should not ignore such lesions.
I think you should consult a dermatologist and also get the LFT (Liver function tests) done as suggested by me.
You would be having the prescription; you need that to buy the medication.
