Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
There are very few conditions that can cause itching around genitals without any obvious lesion.
Seborrheic dermatitis of groin and scrotal region that can cause marked itching.
Excessive sweating of this region and wearing the pants for a longer time may lead to itching.
Lifestyle modification in your working atmosphere, dressing and working time can do better than drugs. As far as possible avoid synthetic clothes. Keep dry this place by using some dusting powder with or without medications. Antihistamines will be of use. Steroid creams for shorter duration will help you. If there is any obvious patches then it may be due to a fungal infection.
Dot like lesions over the head (Glans) of penis can be ignored as it has no clinical importance (whitish), can be called as pearly penile papule. If they are little reddish then it may be due to some irritation or inflammation following some infection or due to applications like soaps, medications etc.
If you consult a Dermatologist he will help you in this regard.

Hi,
Welcome back.
It is difficult to say treatment without seeing it personally.
First of all, it should be diagnosed correctly. Then only treatment will help you.
Moreover, you had mentioned that you have itching of private parts.
I am not able to understand it properly.
1.Is it inside your foreskin? Do you have phimosis (inability to retract the foreskin)
2.Is it over the outer aspect of penis(shaft)?
3.Is it over scrotum or scroto-penile junction?
4. Is it over the groin? or scroto-crural folds?
5. Do you have itching over inner aspect of your thigh and buttocks?
6. Is anybody in your house or working place or someone closer having itching?
Each question has some clues for the diagnosis. If you are able to tell more I can discuss little more. But definitely a direct examination by a dermatologist is more value. So consult a Dermatologist.
