What Causes Itching Sensation On The Left Breast?

Question: Hi I'm F 65 Yrs; Itching of L breast in a targeted area, looks like a couple of pimple-like eruptions within aureola. Itching is within aureola and below. Background which may not be relevant, had small mass removed from this breast 12/2014.
