Brief Answer:
Can be due to allergic reaction to some thing you exposed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to allergic reaction to some thing you exposed.
Do you got exposed to some thing unusual recently. ?
Do you had any unusual foods or food from outside. ?

Taking antihistamines like cetrizine ( zyrtec ) once daily for 5 to 7 days will be helpful. You can also apply calamine lotion for local application on the itchy area.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
