Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr kakkar(dermatologist). You seem to have cholinergic urticaria. It is characterized by monomorphic, itchy wheals that suddenly appear in response to changes in core body temperature like a hot shower, excercising, eating spicy food, strong emotions like anger, embarrassment etc
Have you taken any treatment for it in the past?

Thanks for your response. I haven't taken any medication for the same as yet. Can you please let me know how severe this desease is? Also, what is the best way to cure and prevent it? Thanks.
Brief Answer:
Oral antihistamines for 3 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Images and reports. Your blood reports are largely normal except that you have Vit D deficiency, however this is not related to cholinergic urticaria. Cholinergic urticaria, is not a severe disease but it can be chronic.
I would suggest you to take a tablet of Montair- LC (levocetrizine + monteleukast) once daily at night for 3 weeks.
Topically you may use a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion Or Ritch creamy lotion, in case you experience any rash or itching.
