Question: Itching vulva, burning or pain during urination. Headache. Am i positive for any of the std related disease?

Many possible causes

hello and thank you for your question. It is possible that you have something simple like a yeast or bacterial infection. It is also possible that you have a sexually-transmitted infection. There are many different infections both sexually transmitted and not sexually transmitted that can cause your symptoms. The only way to sort this out is for you to see a doctor and have a pelvic exam with some laboratory testing done. They will also want to do a urine test so that they can determine if you have a urinary tract infection. Please see a doctor as soon as possible. Regards, Dr. Robinson
