They disappear in about a week. If they discharge the are uncomfortable but not painful. Sometimes I don't have any at all on my feet or I could have a few. Color is an opaque-white. No history of anything like this before.
Brief Answer:
pompholyx is the likely possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome again.
As per details, it seems that you are suffering from a condition called pompholyx. It is a type of eczema characterized by itchy skin colored or opaque white eruptions inv palms and or soles.
In such cases, I prefer to prescribe cream containing combination of moderate potency steroid and antibiotic like momate F cream to be applied twice daily over the lesions.
Additionally antihistaminics like Levocetrizine 5 mg or fexofenadine is given in night time.
Apply good amount of moisturisers over body preferably over semi wet body.
I hope I am able to solve your query. If you have any further query you may ask me.
Stay healthy.
