What Causes Itchy Anus After Bowel Movement?

Question: I have itching around my anus and after bowel movement sometimes the itching becomes terrible. Also I have some kind of white, creamy discharge around my anus. I can see them when I wipe my anus with a tissue paper and also I have taken a picture of that area.

Also sometimes I have blood with my stool. It only happens when I have very hard stools and have trouble passing them. this blood coming last for few days and then it goes away. Can you please tell me what is happening with me and what should I do. Also the discharge seems to be coming from a pimple like area. can it be fistula?

I read your query and understood your concerns.

After reviewing your photos my opinion is that you have anal fistula and the pimple like area may be anal abscess.

Moreover, the blood in your stools may be related to internal hemorrhoids or anal fissures which are worsened by the hard stools.

All these problems are best evaluated and treated by proctologist (surgeon) . This is why i strongly suggest to contact a proctologist.

Meantime, I would like to suggest the following home remedies:
- Avoid constipation
- Use stool softeners
- Drink plenty of waters
- Keep anal area dry and clean
- Use antibiotics
- Use Sitz baths
