What Causes Itchy Crawling Sensations On The Genitals?

Question: Hi.. I need some medical advice.. shortly after having protected intercourse, I've been experiencing itching on my body .. it's like pin pricks and crawling sensation .. not on my genitals and not restricted to any place .. upper back, arms, sometimes on legs.. I haven't had any fever or any other symptoms as such. Also there are no rashes as such, just itchy. Just want to know hope this is not indication of HIV. I asked the girl and said she's clean and not having HIV but don't know if I should trust that. Pls help!
Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
You had protected sex with someone then there is no risk of HIV so you need not to worry. Itching over back, arms and legs might be due to some allergy or other skin infection but not related to HIV. Consult the dermatologist to isolate the cause and follow the treatment regime. For any further query feel free to ask me any time and I am here to help you out always.
Thank You

Is it possible to contract HIV if vaginal fluids come into contact with testicles or if semen leaks out from the condom. Presently i'm on a ship and cannot visit a doctor at least for next 15-20 days. This intercourse happened while my visist to russia and this itchiness started barely a few hours after sex. I guess any symptoms for HIV don't start immediately and takes a few weeks to show up correct? Maybe this is my stress which is causing this itchiness ever since reading the symptoms of hiv on the internet. Although i havent developed any fever or visible skin eruptions. From the pics attached do they look like any sign of hiv rash?
Brief Answer:
Not related to HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXX,
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
It is not possible to get infected with HIV through the way you had mentioned and the rashes in the attached pictures are looking of allergic origin not related to HIV as per my opinion so don't get anxious or feared and move ahead in life happily.
Thank You
