Brief Answer:
probably allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

Your symptoms seem like of allergy but exposure to cold can also produce similar symptoms.

Please check any new drug which you might have started in recent time and that can be a culprit.

Otherwise any new soap, detergent, cream or perfume can be a reason for this. Prolonged exposure of hands to water can also be a reason.

Also try to find out any new exposure at your work place.

Please try avoiding any of the factors listed above if present.

Otherwise, take an antihistaminic like levocetrizine and things should be fine. This can be supplemented by use of a betamethasone or mometasone cream but in consultation with a dermatologist. If prolonged exposure to wet environment is there, use of an anti fungal cream may also be required.

Feel free to ask another query.

Regards
