Question: I have an itch and a rash on my butt.
First originating with an itch in my anal area then spreading to my butt ( both sides)

Itch in anal area and spreading to butt is most commonly due to Tinea cruris.It is a fungal infection starts as papule and spreads slowly.
Other differential may be allergic contact dermatitis and Bacterial intertrigo.

Clotrimazole or Miconazole cream are antifungal cream and is available over the counter.
Tab Fluconazole 150 mg weekly tab is also available over the counter in some countries.
Better choice is Sertaconazole or Terbinafine cream, Tab terbinafine 250 mg taken daily but these are prescription drug.
