Brief Answer:
Localised eczematous reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed a localised allergic response which could have occurred after some injury ,localised infection or due to insect bite reaction .
In such cases ,regular application of cortisone containing creams helps .
In some severe cases ,oral antihistamines have to be given along to bring down the allergic process .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Avoid rubbing or scratching the area .
