What Causes Itchy Rashes Along Spine And At The Top Of The Neck

Question: I have a rash along my spine and at the top of my neck. It is itchy and I have been using ravensara and callophylim thinkinking it might be shingles.. but I am not sure it is shingles. It isn't blistering. It looks like a measles rash. There are no blisters. It has been like this for the last 4 days.

Shingles present with pain along with development of fluid filled vesicles over one side of the spine in a particular dermatome .
Do you also have a similar presentation with pain and lesions only on one side ?
