What Causes Itchy Rashes In Legs And Lower Back At Night?

chronic idiopathic Urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you are having a condition called Urticaria. Urticaria can be acute, chronic and acute on chronic. When duration of the disease is more than 6weeks, it is known as Chronic Urticaria. You have been suffering from the condition for past 6 months, so you have chronic Urticaria. Such cases may require a course of 4-6months.
If all the possible causes of allergy have been ruled out then it may be Idiopathic Urticaria. It is usually associated with Thyroid dysfunction or Diabetes Mellitus. So I will advise you to get your thyroid profile and blood sugar levels done.
In cases of chronic Urticaria, I prefer to advise oral antihistaminics like combination of levocetrizine and montelukast to my patients. In non responding cases, consideration is given to start oral steroids.
You should visit your doctor for prescription. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.
Take care.
