Brief Answer:
Seems to be pityriasis rosea
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like pityriasis rosea.
It is a self limiting viral infection which usually resolves in 8 -10 weeks.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime.
These are prescription drugs and not to be taken under supervision of the doctor.

Brief Answer:
Can affect face as well
Detailed Answer:
Pityriasis rosea can affect face, neck, trunk, arms and thighs and in fact any part of the skin.
Usually the lesions appear over a period of few weeks.
It has slowly progressed from your neck and body to your face.
That's why your face has got involved now as it speads slowly.
But it will regress in another 4-6 weeks .

Brief Answer:
Usually occurs once in a life time
Detailed Answer:
It usually occurs once in a life time.
Rarely it can recur.
I think it will be fine by july.
I have already suggested you the medicines for faster resolution.
You can start with these.
Relax and don't worry as it is a very common disorder and doesn't have many adverse effects.
