Red swollen and itchy wrists can be due to an inflammation in the area due to tendonitis or allergy. Since you have already taken an antiallergic you now need to take an anti inflammatory also. keep the wrists in resting position avoid all painful movements and consult an orthopedic for an examination in case the swelling increases.
