It is hard to take good pics with my phone but I'm uploading a better one I think. It is actually at my upper tights to the back of legs, on both legs. I've something similar on my lower abdomen as well, but I'm not sure if its the same.

I suggest you to take a Capsule of itraconazole 100mg (Capsule Itrasys 100mg), twice daily for 2 weeks. Topically you may use Luliconazole r% cream (Lulifin cream), twice daily.
In addition you may take a tablet of levocetrizine (teczine 10mg) for symptomatic relief from itching.
