Do you have any associated symptoms like fever?itching?
How long since you have developed these rashes?Are they fluid filled?
What all body sites are involved? Is face and scalp also affected?

No fever.... At times its itchy... Not always.... I think it's been there for about 5-6 days.... I don't think it's fluid filled

I think it is most likely Lichen Planus. I suggest you to apply either Dipgenta cream or Tenovate Gn Cream, twice daily for a few days.
You may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
