Please find the answers below:
1. Did you develop all these rashes at once or they spread slowly ?
Ans. They started from hand and back in group of 4-5 as small balls (like a mosquito bite) with a small black mouth then some of them got converted to red patches as shown in pictures and spread over slowly to other areas.
2. Is there a single large circular rash bigger than other rashes on your chest region ?
Ans: There is one similar on breast biggest in all (approx 1.5 cm), this one has dried and got new skin in between but still has red circle.
3. Since when you have these rashes ?
Ans: The red patches appeared 7-8 days before but I got balls as small mosquito bites 2.5 weeks before (when first saw them on hand and back).

Brief Answer:
Pityriasis roseae
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
It is looking like pityriasis roseae.
It's a reactive condition.
I treat such cases with a mild topical steroid cream like desonide to be applied twice daily for a week and antihistamines tablet daily in night for a week.
This should help you.
There is nothing to worry it's not a serious condition.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Thanks for the reply Doctor.
How long does it take to go off completely?
Should I apply the cream on particular spots or all over body?
Is it a reaction of food or something that I should avoid in future?
Thanks.

It will take 15 days

Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Apply cream only over the affected area.
It will take at least 15 days for complete recovery.
It's just a reaction to a mild viral infection.
You don't need to take any precaution.
usually it doesn't reoccur.
