Question : Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here... Hi, I am taking oxycodone . One of the side effects is itching. I haven't slept in about 3 days, because of the itching and it's driving me crazy. That feeling is all over my body! UGH!!!!
Is there anything you recommend doing or saying to stop the itching?
Any help would be appreciated!

Dear patient,

in your case you should stop taking oxycodone and evaluate alternatives with your local doc. To get rid of the itching faster usually antiallergic tablets/ antihistamines would help, such as cetirizine or loratadin.
