What Causes Itchy White Spot On Testicles?

Question: I notice tiny white spot on my testicles that wll bleed easily when scratched. I have had this for well over a year. My pcp prescribed nystatin and triamcinolone. When I shower with Dove soap, whch I've used all my life, it instantly itches intensely. I am not sexually active. My entire testicles will itch at any Time.

No to questions 1 - 5. . #6 - round lump approximately slightly less than 1/8 inch in diameter that is on and under skin. It bleeds from slightly excessive scratching.
Lump is approx. 1/16 inch in diameter upon further examination. Thank you....

thank you for the answers. i have gone through them. You symptoms are suggesting fungal infection. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:

- Systemic antifungal(ketoconazole) therapy for 2-3 weeks. It is a prescription medicine so you need to visit your local dr to get it.
- cetirizine one at night for 5-7 days.
- keep genital area clean
- do not let it wet after shower
- wear loose garments
- washing your clothing & bedding thoroughly.
- Avoid dove soap till you become healthy again

Hopefully you will see improvement in 4-5 days. If condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.
