What Causes Jerking And Twitching In Body While On Propanolol And Cilitopram?

Question: I am currently taking diamox, propanolol and cilitopram. I have been on diamox for approx 3.5 months, propanolol for about 4 months and cilitopram for about 7 weeks.
I am currently experiencing jerking (in limbs), body wide twitching and also spasms throughout body.
I sometimes experience discomfort on left side of chest and have spasms on lower left side of stomach, abdomen area and even close to my private area. I have had these spasms for about 3-4 weeks now, but they are becoming more prominent.
Also, when I push down on middle "top" abdominal area, more over on the left side I feel some odd feeling. Not too painful, but seems like a bulge with discomfort.
I also experience pain throughout my back. Could these be symptoms of my medication or symptoma of something worse like Abdominal aortic aneurysm?
I have had a whole heart check out about 3-4 months ago and everything was fine. I also had an ultrasound in March and it detected gallstones, which then a few months later I had my gallbladder removed. March was the last ultrasound I had on my abdominal area.
Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Diamox
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Amongst the medications you are on Diamox can cause the symptoms you are facing. It does takes more than 4 to 5 months for side effects to occur with Diamox.
Do consult your treating doctor and get the medications revised.
The other Propranalol and Citalopram are not related with the problem you have.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Diamox
