What Causes Joints Pain Along With Pins And Needless Sensation In The Hands?
I need very important advice on my one night incident on 22 dec 2016 and any chance of aquiring HIV or any other STD.
1- Nude bath with prostitute i kissed her cheeks , sucked her breast and nipples.
2- She pulled my penis skin from her hand and peehole was completely out ( i am uncircumsized).I Removed her hand with in a second and covered the peehole from the outer skin.
3- Naked laying on bed , kissed her neck and cheeks and sucked her breast.
4- During foreplay my penis was not protected with condom and rubbed to her stomach , legs but surely not vagina and later on rubbed very hard on bedsheet and penetrated.I am sure uthera was contacted and touched to her leg , thigh and bedsheet.
5- the girl has white patch on her chest but as i remember i havent touched or kissed that place( or may be if touched or kissed by mistake then is it any risk)
I have not seen any blood ,nor any body fluids during that time.
What if her body fluid was dropped into bed sheet and my penis contacted it during rubbling on bed sheet and penetrated?
I am getting very strange feeling in my body
From last 6-7 weeks
- Mild pin and needle pains at hands and legs
- Mild joint pains coming and going
- neck stiffness and sometime feels like lymph node are about to come
- burning penis after peeing
- burning tongue
- werkness feeling
- dry cough
Is all discomfort are indication of infection or my anxiety.Yes I am in stress from last 5-6 weeks and really not able to diffrenciate my problem are related to anxiety or hiv?
Pls suggest , if any sort of testing require for me medically ? Or do i need to consult psycologist.
You are safe

Helo. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
There is no risk of HIV or any other STD from this physical encounter. Touching, kissing and fondling is absolutely safe. STDs are only transmitted by direct sexual contact i.e either vaginal, anal or oral sex. Your penis rubbing through her skin or bedsheet is not going to tramsmit STD.
The white patch on her skin could have been either a birthmark or vitiligo and touching it is not at all contagious or dangerous. Therefore you can forget about any risk of acquiring STD from this particular physical encounter.
Many of your symptoms like pins and needle and weakness could be a result of anxiety rather than STD. Cough and joint pain could be a viral upper respiratory illness.

Considering oral sex as one of the mode of transmission, is breast sucking is considered as oral sex or not?
Will it be case of hiv transmission? If the women was lactating and i had some milk sucked during the foreplay?
Another thing the burning sesation in penis after 6 weeks is indicating something or can be result of anxiety?
I had bad cough from week 5-6 and now completely settled down once i vomited some cough one day? I am scared since i have read that dry cough is hiv symptom? Is it right or wrong. Pls sugest
You dont have a risk of HIv transmission
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Breast sucking is not considered oral sex. Oral sex is oral stimulation of one's genitals i.e mouth to genital contact
Though breast milk is a source of infection for a feeding neonate but thats not applicable for you. Even if she was lactating HIV is not a risk because not a lot of breast milk would have been involved.
For burning sensation i would suggest you to undergo urine microscopy and urine culture test. I dont think that it is due to that episode.
Cough seems unrelated. Show to an ENT specialist or medicine specialist.
However if you are still anxious you may take a 4th generation HIV screening test. That would be conclusive.
Regards
I dont want to go medical test since i have submitted by blood last week for medical examination and visa renewal.
I am dead scared if something came up wrong.
I have noticed Buring in penis which I feel mostly when i am so anxious and eating something hot spicey..... sometime is very hot And sometime nothing at all. Its not happening all the time.
Now my cough has setteled and very mild after taking 2 dose of cough syrup for two days
My wife , me and my kid all three had horrible cough from last 2-3 weeks and still going on its now mild to all of them.
If my encounter is not troublesome than just want to know is all my symptoms are due to anxiety or stress? Can stress contribute such problems in your body?
Do i need to think of any STD testings or itsnot applicable to me?
No need for screening
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Stress could be a cause of your symptoms like feeling of occasional burning after passing urine.
Cough was most likely due to a viral upper respiratory infection as it happened to all family members.
Considering the kind of exposure I would NOT ask you to screen for STD.

Thanks for the advice My last folowup question on this thread:
My wife cough is not improving , it went down little but again increased like anything from
Last 3 days and having fever 37.5-38. Around
Coz of constant dry coughing she is experiencing heache and shoulder pain.
We have couple of unprotected events at 4 weeks back.
I am scared of seeing her symptoms and persistant cold , cough and mild fever and neck and shoulder pain,
Hopefully her problem is not related to my fears of hiv and std.
Cough is a different issue
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
The nature of your physical contact does not pose any risk of HIV to you. So don't worry. Your wife's cough is due to throat infection which can happen in otherwise healthy individuals. I suggest that she consults an ENT specialist.

Based on all our discussion and your recommendations.
Would you suggest me to drop off all such fears and i Can have love with my wife unprotected without any STD testing warrented?
I had last hiv and test cycle completed on last month as well as couple of times previous year.
And apart from this exposure i dont have any such mistakes done ever.
Still waiting for my visa medical examination results and waiting for all good to happen.
You are safe
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I dont think there is any risk, whatsoever, of HIV or any other STD because of this very incident. You can continue to have physical relations with your wife. All the best for your medical exam.
