Brief Answer:
Combiflam can help

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

The present pain you are experiencing may be due to week long knee immobilisation in the strap.

The veins, muscles and ligaments around the knee are stretched out in the same position for 1 week now and this is causing the pain.

One or two doses of combiflam will surely help.

If this does not provide any relief, you can take muscle relaxant analgesic tablets like aceclofenac and thiocolchicoside.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
