What Causes Labia Majora Swelling?
Question: Hi I am swollen on one side on the mos pubis area , I also have a large hemroid ... Is this why the pubis area is swollen and hurts when pushed.

HEMORRHOID has no connection to the labia majora swelling. Infact this may be a BARTHOLIN'S CYST in the labia majora which may have enlarged and hence causing pressure and pain symptoms. This has to be surgically removed.
