Brief Answer:
Need to decrease the dose of citalopram or shift to bupropion

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.I can understand your concern.

Citalopram can cause sexual dysfunction.Reduced libido/decrease sex drive, delayed ejaculation and difficulty in reaching orgasm are common side effects and seen in 5-10% of the patients taking citalopram.

If his problem started after starting the drug , thee is need of decrease the dose or shift to bupropion (an antidepressant not causing any sexual dysfunction).

Please clarify what do you mean by, 'his sperm didn't come out'?
If his erection is good and able to satisfy you and problem is delayed or no ejaculation then it is likely due to citalopram and in that case it should be stopped/replaced until you become pregnant.

Also let me know that since when he is taking citaolpram and sine when this problem is there?

Waiting for your reply to help you further.
