Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an experienced Urologist, i'm assuring you, there's absolutely no need to worry.
In some people, the semen may go into the bladder, especially if, during the stone laser surgery, some injury has occurred over the prostate area, causing semen backflow or retrograde ejaculation into the bladder.Even otherwise, having a stent is a temporary event and it'll be removed shortly.Masturbation and having a stent are not related. You will be completely alright after stent removal.
Maintain drinking 12-15 glasses liquids daily.
Do feel free to contact me ,if you have any other doubt.
