Suggest A Remedy For Lack Of Intensity In Orgasm

Hi, I am 61 years old, 6'1", 180 lbs. Had TURP surgery 4 months ago and am now able to achieve an erection and have sex, however sensation is much diminished, particularly at orgasm. I was expecting retrograde ejaculation but not the lack of intensity in orgasm. Is this likely to improve over time? Any recommendations?
