2. Also during walking, the crushing or heavy feeling, has any meaning.
3. Also why the muscle pain is obvious when getting up in morning ?
Is it has any neurological reasons, sensory reactance issues ?
On move, brain is able to mask the pain.

5. What happens to the skelatal frame, if you load 15 kgs in 2 years ? What kind of adverse effects it causes ?

1. The heaviness of limbs during exercise can be due to lack of Vitamin D3 or fluid and electrolytes. You can take fresh fruit juice during exercise.
2. The heavy feeling can be due to being overweight. This is not indicative of any serious issue.
3. The muscle pain more obvious in morning is due to statins or osteoarthritis. It becomes more prominent after rest. It is not related to a neurological issue.
4. No comments. Metabolism will increase as you increase the exercise.
5. It increases the osteoarthritic changes in weight bearing joints like hip, knee and spine.
6. The pain while climbing down is likely to be due to decreased joint lubricants due to osteoarthritis. Not a muscle related issue.
