Brief Answer:
undergo one TVS scan after 1 week for detailed picture

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query.

Usually, fetal cardiac activity is seen around 7-8 weeks through abdominal USG. With TVS scan, it is obtained around 6-7 weeks.

Sometimes, it can be obtained around 8-9 weeks.
You have mentioned that you took a scan at 10 week, usually cardiac activity will be present by this time. So you can undergo one more TVS scan after 1 week for detailed picture. Otherwise, it may turn into missed miscarriage.
Kindly, consult with your gynecologist for next line management after the scan report.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
