Question: I have a heavy feeling in my head constantly.shaking and a constant buzzing feeling that never changes.I feel like i just want to be left alone because I feel so bad all the time. I dont want to eat or do anything because of this. Have been to doctors and hospital many times. They all say you are fine but, there is something so wrong. my life has just become tv. and sleep. I dont know what else to do. Can you help ?

I can understand your concern. Your blood workup and CT head are normal which is good. Your symptoms are suggestive of lack of interest in all and tinnitus. These symptoms are most probably due to

- Depression
- Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism can be ruled out by thyroid function level. It is a simple blood test. It can be treated by tablet Eltroxin.

Depression can be confirmed by consulting psychiatrist. Usual symptoms are lack of interest, lack of sleep, decreased appetite, lethargy, malaise, feeling low, social withdrawal.

It can be treated by
- Antidepressants like SSRI or new generation antidepressants.

- Family and friends support

- Exercise and Yoga

- Pursue your hobbies

- Take a break from work and travel somewhere

- behavioural therapy
