Hi,
Thanks for posting your query,

I have read through your query,

Just in order to recapitulate, "not able to feel sensation" as in you are not able to feel orgasm while having sex.

This could be due to many reasons. I would like to enlist the following possibilities:

- insufficient testosterone production
- thyroid disorders
- pituitary disorders
- trauma
- certain substance abuse like alcohol
- certain medications

It would be better for you to do some basic investigations and then proceed accordingly.

The investigations advisable are thyroid profile, cortisol levels, testosterone levels.

Two years of driving will not hinder orgasm.

Please feel free to discuss further

Regards

Hello again,
Thanks for writing back,

Inorder to get your testosterone, thyroid and pituitary glands checked, you need to get blood test done for the following:

- thyroid glands- thyroid profile is indicated as it will show values of T3, T4 and TSH

- pituitary glands- cortisol levels can be tested

- testosterone levels in the blood should be tested

All the above test can be done in a single blood test, since cortisol levels vary during the daytime, it is better to do it in the morning.
Ideally, in your age, its quite rare to find reduction in testosterone levels.

I hope I have answered to your query,

Please feel free to discuss further or else kindly close and rate
