What Causes Large Indention Of Right Calf Muscle?

Question: What would cause a large indention of my right calf muscle? I should also add that I experience severe "Charlie horses" in my right foot, nearly every night. My health is not great, with COPD, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, high cholesterol .. Oh, & Basel & Squamous cell carcinoma on the tip of my nose. I was diagnosed on November 18th, but due to circumstances beyond my control, it has been cancelled 3 times! Hopefully I'll be having the Mohs surgery in April 2015 ... could that be the reason why I'm so tired all the time?

I had gone through your question and I am realy sorry abot yiur illness;
i would come up with any of following possibilities of major concern

deep vein thrombosis
superficial thrombophlebitis
Impending diabetic foot
arterial disease

i would like further informationto guide you better
since how long are you diabetic
History of smoking
are you active or not moving around much
And your weight and built

please make a visit to your GP for battery of tests like blood sugar profile CBC and PT INR to rule out diabetic foot and DVT

I would advise you to take acetaminophen and vitamin B12 for XXXXXXX horses in leg and foot
Strict blood sugar control by diet and medicines
