Question: is it normal for me to have larger pores on my breasts ? they aren't huge but definitely visible and there's a little sore on it that I've attached here. it had a bit of clear running stuff and blood. could it be breast cancer? my armpits are also sore and sometimes I have pain in my breasts.

Brief Answer:
Go for ultrasound and mammography test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you again though.

I have worked through your symptoms and images (not very clear).

In my opinion you should confer with a gynecologist and get yourself examined and get your ultrasound and mammography test done to rule out the cause.

Your symptoms can be due to hormonal changes, infection and may be due to breast cancer (age is very less).

Please answer a few questions for us.

-Is there any history of breast cancer in your family.
-Are you exposed to any radiation?
-For how many days these symptoms are there?

Please revert back to me with my answers.

Good luck.

Brief Answer:
You should go and consult a gynaecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Large pores and soreness may be a sign of malignancy as well.

So please consult a gynecologist and get yourself examined and get your mammography and ultrasound exam done to rule out malignancy.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.

Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Larger pores can be a normal finding of breast.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you again though.

I can certainly understand your concern, though.

I am not saying you are having malignancy because you are too young to suffer it, but breast cancer can occur at an early age also.

Larger pores can be a normal finding also.

In your instance it just appears and sore, you must be investigated (to be safer side).

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.

Good luck.
